I can not request a Physical Passport
Check if this function is available
on your Safety Passport account or ask your administrator to set you up.
When the button "Request Physical Passport" is disabled, you can not make the request at this moment.
Reasons can be :
- you have already requested one. Please check "Date requested" under "My History"
- your course is not successfully completed
When the button "Request Physical Passport" is not visible, it is possible that the person who has invited you has not foreseen a physical passport fee for you.
